There was room for improvement in terms of attendance. $80 was donated, and the sound permit was covered by Make Music New York, saving us $45. ### July Live Music Series Our next Live Music Series is July 26th from 3 to 7 pm. We need ice and pizza. Jackie will handle picking up the pizza. We should post on social media to advertise the event. ### August Live Music Series Gina is not present to discuss. ### Painted Canvas Background for Music Events Jaz and Al are working on this. ### Concrete Cylinder Project We want to expand the back walkway next to the furthest back plot. The bench that was added has made the walkway very narrow and hard to use. We already have the tools for the job, so there is no anticipated delays. We will dig down 10-12”, and place the concrete conduit in the ground with 17” left sticking out. The estimated work is two 6-hour days. The exact timeline will be determined. The motion was **adopted**. ### Circular Pit Wall Repair Project Progress The cracks have all been filled. Wood planks can be added for backing. ### Re-evaluate Musician Travel Compensation Gina is not present to discuss. ### Revisit plans regarding improving the brick walkway No update on this item. ### Revisiting MLT Financial Sponsorship No update on this item. ### Sealing Circular Deck Seats & Floor The supports under the circular pit are rotting. Applying deck sealant will prevent further deterioration. Ross proposes we sand the wood, then seal. The price is estimated to be $39.99, and we already have the tools necessary. We won’t apply the sealant until after the edges of the deck have been properly rounded around the surrounding rocks. *Ross moved that the organization* allocate $50 of garden funds towards deck sealant for the circular pit.
