June 2025 General Meeting Minutes
Teo was granted keyholder status. The garden will join Make Music NY (June 21) and Open Garden Day (June 14). A special committee will review the MLT Fiscal Sponsorship. July and August music dates approved. Cleanup, paint, and repairs are underway.

Garden welcomed 3 potential members, adopted decibel checks for music events, approved $115 pit wall repair, allocated a $30/event musician transport budget, reimbursed Al $42.51 for paint supplies, approved quarterly financials, and deferred the MLT Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (10% income fee).

It is offically spring and the garden is becoming green again.

Spring plants arrive May 3. Plot renewals approved; Rochelle/Evan & Jackie assigned plots. April music moved to Apr 26, May music canceled. Open Garden Day (Jun 14/15) and Make Music NY (Jun 21) approved. Rat-proofing completed. Trash rules updated. Pit wall repair postponed.
